Arsenal show no sign of faltering as Brighton win adds to title belief

Arsenal has a seven-point lead at the top of the Premier League after defeating Brighton 4-2, while Manchester City’s title defense was dealt a blow with a 1-1 draw against Everton.

The Gunners earned their fifth consecutive league victory thanks to goals from Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, Eddie Nketiah, and Gabriel Martinelli.

Saka scored in the second minute, Odegaard added a goal in the 39th minute, and Nketiah scored in the 47th minute after Sanchez failed to hold Martinelli’s shot.

Kaoru Mitoma scored for Brighton in the 65th minute, but Martinelli responded with a goal in the 71st minute from a pass by Odegaard.

Evan Ferguson scored Brighton’s second goal in the 77th minute, but it was not enough to secure a win for the home team.
