PSG defeated Montpellier 3-1 in a French Ligue 1 match on Wednesday, putting them five points ahead at the top of the league table.
However, their star player Kylian Mbappe may have suffered an injury after missing two penalties in the first half and being substituted.
Fabian Ruiz opened the scoring for PSG in the 55th minute and Lionel Messi doubled their lead with a goal in the 72nd minute.
Montpellier managed to cut the deficit in the 89th minute, but PSG secured a 3-1 victory after Warren Zaire-Emery scored a few minutes later.
PSG now have 51 points in 21 matches, while Montpellier have 20 points and are lower in the rankings.
Marseille, who are closest to PSG in the league table, are in second place with 46 points after winning 2-0 at Nantes on Wednesday.
