Mbappe is a defender of Neymar: he has not said anything.
Kylian Mbappé, a Paris Saint-Germain striker, has defended his teammate Neymar, who was sent off in the team’s recent match against Strasbourg in the French league.
Amazon Prime Video has released a conversation between Mbappé and the French referee, Clement Turpin, after Turpin showed Neymar a red card. Mbappé told the referee, ‘He doesn’t deserve a red card… he didn’t say anything and he didn’t ask for anything.’
Neymar received two warnings in less than two minutes, causing Paris Saint-Germain to finish the match against Strasbourg with ten players from the 62nd minute.
Despite this, PSG won the match 2-1, thanks to a penalty goal scored by Kylian Mbappé in the 96th minute.
As a result, Neymar will miss the team’s upcoming match against Lens, scheduled for Sunday in the 17th round of the French league.
