Bundesliga: Borussia Dortmund has announced that 18-year-old striker Youssoufa Moukoko has signed a new contract with the club, set to run until 2026.
Moukoko’s previous deal was set to expire this summer, attracting interest from clubs such as Barcelona, Chelsea, and Newcastle.
However, Moukoko has decided to accept Dortmund’s contract offer after extensive negotiations.
Moukoko stated that he feels good at BVB and wants to continue developing with the club, expressing gratitude for the support of the fans and coaching staff.
Dortmund’s sporting director, Sebastian Kehl, also commented on Moukoko’s potential and the importance of securing him for the second half of the season.
