All Goals & Highlights: Chelsea 2-0 Borussia Dortmund Champions League

Chelsea overturned a first-leg deficit and secured a 2-1 aggregate win over Borussia Dortmund to advance to the Champions League quarter-finals.

Raheem Sterling scored in the first half and a controversial penalty by Kai Havertz sealed the deal for Chelsea.

Chelsea missed several chances in the first half, just as they did in the first leg, but Sterling eventually found the back of the net after a cross from Ben Chilwell.

In the second half, Chilwell’s cross hit defender Marius Wolf’s hand and VAR awarded Chelsea a penalty. Havertz missed the initial kick, but VAR intervened again and ordered a retake, which Havertz successfully converted.

The defeat marked Dortmund’s first loss in 10 matches and provided a much-needed boost for Chelsea, who have struggled in recent times under Graham Potter’s leadership.
